I've always understood the age grading system to be a measure of your performance as a % of the age group world record, or a corrected performance equivalent to what you would have achieved in open athletics. This uses tables compiled and updated periodically by WMA.
However occassionally people will say "it's not exactly that" when you say it's a % of the world record. Is this because the tables get out of date, or some other reason? Cheers, Rob.

Both pairs about 10 years old and well used:
Sprint - Asics Japan Lightning Mens size 10.5. Condition - poor to fair - they are all in one piece, but surface of shoes is discouloured, Still usable.
High Jump - Nike Mens size 10.5. Condition - fair - the front of the sole on the right shoe is starting to separate, but still usable.
Call 047 4597877 for further info. You can pick up or I can bring to the QSAC track in Brisbane when competition starts again in January.
